The 2026 Michigan House of Representatives elections will be held on November 5, 2024, alongside the 2026 United States elections.[1]
All 110 seats in the Michigan House of Representatives are up for election.[2]
Retirements
Democrats
- 2nd district: Tullio Liberati is retiring to run for the State Senate.[3]
 - 6th district: Natalie Price is retiring to run for the State Senate. [4]
 - 11th district: Donavan McKinney is retiring to run of the House of Representatives.[5]
 - 15th district: Erin Byrnes is retiring to run for the State Senate. [3]
 - 22nd district: Matt Koleszar is retiring to run for the State Senate. [6]
 - 41st district: Julie Rogers is retiring to run for the State Senate.[7]
 - 80th district: Phil Skaggs is retiring to run for the State Senate[8]
 
Republicans

District 9
Incumbent Democrat Joe Tate was originally retiring to run for U.S. Senate. After withdrawing from the race, Tate said that he would look into seeking re-election to his House seat.[9]
District 44
The incumbent Republican Steve Frisbie is being challenged by former Democratic state representative from this seat Jim Haadsma.[10]
