Aadi Pooram (Tamil: ஆடி பூரம்), is a Hindu festival dedicated to the poet Andal (incarnation of goddess Lakshmi) who is also a strong devotee of lord Vishnu.[1] On this day, devotees participate in numerous activities to honour Andal and seek her blessings for prosperity and happiness.[2]
