Chamaesphecia alysoniformis is a moth of the family Sesiidae.[1][2][3] It is found on the Balkan Peninsula, Cyprus,[2][3] Crete, and in Turkey.[3]

The larvae feed on Mentha longifolia, Mentha spicata, and Mentha pulegium.[3]
