The 1st constituency of Hajdú-Bihar County (Hungarian: Hajdú-Bihar megyei 01. számú országgyűlési egyéni választókerület) is one of the single member constituencies of the National Assembly, the national legislature of Hungary. The constituency standard abbreviation: Hajdú-Bihar 01. OEVK.[2]
Since 2014, it has been represented by Lajos Kósa of the Fidesz–KDNP party alliance.

The 1st constituency is located in central part of Hajdú-Bihar County.

The constituency was first represented by Lajos Kósa of the Fidesz from 2014,[4] and he was re-elected in 2018[5] and 2022.[6]
