Jiwani is a tehsil (administrative subdivision) of Gwadar District in Balochistan, Pakistan. According to the census of 2023 its total population is 35,004 of which 18,511 are male and 16,487 female. [1] The tehsil of Jiwali is adjacent to the Arabian Sea.[2]
In Government of Balochistan announced plans to invest in higher education in Jiwani.[3]
Administration
Jiwani Tehsil is subdivided into two Union Councils - Jiwani and Suntsar.[4]
Religion
According to the 2023 cenus there were 34,880 Muslims, 110 Christians, 11 Hindus and 1 Sikh in the tehsil of Jiwani.[5]
