This is a list of the main career statistics of professional Czech tennis player Karolína Muchová .[ 1] Despite only winning one WTA Tour -level tournament,[ 2] she is recognized due to her Grand Slam performances. Her biggest one was at the 2023 French Open , where she reached the final but lost to world No. 1, Iga Świątek .[ 3] At the 2021 Australian Open , she shocked then-world No. 1, Ashleigh Barty .[ 4] Two years later, she came to another major semifinal, this time at the US Open .[ 5] Along with that, she has two back-to-back quarterfinals at Wimbledon Championships (2019[ 6] and 2021[ 7] ).[ d] In August 2023, she made her debut in the top 10 of the WTA rankings , after reaching final of the WTA 1000 Cincinnati Open .[ 8] [ 9]
