Leonid Ivanovich Gubanov[a] (2 August 1928 – 24 February 2004) was a Soviet Russian actor, theater director, and master of spoken word performance.[1]
Born in village of Rybatskoye in Leningrad Oblast (now in the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg).
He was awarded with the People's Artist of the USSR in 1989.[2]
Gubanov died on 24 February 2004. He is interred in Troyekurovskoye Cemetery.
