Mian Lat (Persian: ميان لات, also Romanized as Mīān Lāt)[1] is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District, in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 262, in 89 families.[2] Down from 360 in 2006.[3]
