Ronald Pickard (born August 23, 1969) is a swimmer who represented the United States Virgin Islands. He competed in three events at the 1988 Summer Olympics.[1] He unsuccessfully ran to represent the Virgin Islands in the U.S. House as a Republican in 2024.
