The Terranza Residences is a 33-storey under construction residential tower located at the corner of Arroyo Street and Iznart Street in Iloilo City Proper, Iloilo City, Philippines.[1] Upon completion, the building will be the tallest in Iloilo City as well as in Western Visayas.[2][3]
It will be the first residential condominium in Calle Real Heritage Zone.[4]
Architecture and design
The architecture of the Terranza Residences is intricately designed to blend with the historical ambiance and elements of the city, owing to its proximity to Calle Real, a historic street in downtown Iloilo City.[5]
