Aleurodiscus berggrenii is a species of fungus which grows on southern beech trees. It is endemic to New Zealand.[1] The type specimens is Maungatua, Otago.[2] It grows on the branches of trees, on the top of the bark, and the fructifications form an irregular polygonal pattern.[1] It is found in both the South and North Island.[3]
