Chamaesphecia chalciformis is a moth of the family Sesiidae. It is found in Italy, Austria, Slovakia, the Balkan Peninsula, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey,[2] the Middle East and northern Iran.
The larvae feed on Origanum vulgare.[3]
