Rowley Building, also known as The Vail,[1] is a historic four-story building located at 735 S. Broadway in the Broadway Theater District in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles.
History
Rowley Building was built in 1908[2] and currently consists of ground floor retail with six total apartments across three stories above.[1]
In 1979, the Broadway Theater and Commercial District was added to the National Register of Historic Places, with Rowley Building listed as a non-contributing property in the district.[2]
Rowley Building was sold for $887,508 in 2010 ($1.28 million in 2024).[3]
Architecture and design
Rowley Building is built of brick and features a modern marble facade.[2]
