Tsuyoshi Shimoyanagi (下柳 剛, Shimoyanagi Tsuyoshi; born May 16, 1968 in Nagasaki, Japan) is a former Nippon Professional Baseball pitcher who played for the Hanshin Tigers in Japan's Central League and for the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, and the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles in Japan's Pacific League.
