Alhagie S. Darboe is a Gambian politician who has served in the National Assembly representing Brikama North since 2017. He is currently the Minority Leader in the Assembly.[1][2] He is noted for his dialogue with President Adama Barrow.[3] He has been an advocate for renewable energy and cooperation with ECOWAS to invest in Solar Energy and provide more reliable electricity.[4][5][6] Before entering politics, Darboe worked as a teacher at Bottrop Senior Secondary School in Brikama.[7]
