Boluwaduro is a Local Government Area in Osun State, Nigeria. Its headquarters is in the town of Otan Aiyegbaju (or Otan for short) at7°57′00″N 4°48′00″E / 7.95000°N 4.80000°E. It was created in October 1996 under late Gen. Abacha's regime.
It has an area of 144 km2 and a population of 70,775 at the 2006 census.
