Dana Ahmed Majid (born 1957) an Iraqi Kurdish politician, is the general coordinator of the Gorran Movement.[1] A former high-ranking member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, he was the Governor of Sulaymaniah [2] and former head of Asayesh security forces of Iraq Kurdistan.[3] Dana started his career as a Peshmerge & later became the PUK's representative to Tehran[4] and Damascus.
