Daniel-Sorin Gheba (born 13 January 1978) is a Romanian politician of the Justice and Respect in Europe for All Party (DREPT). From 2020 to 2024, he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies.[1]

Gheba joined the Save Romania Union (USR) party in 2018, after having participated in the 2017–2019 Romanian protests.[2] He was elected member of the Chamber of Deputies in the 2020 parliamentary election, and switched to the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) in 2023.[1] Since 2024, he has been a member of the Justice and Respect in Europe for All Party.[3]. His activity has been marked by several changes in his political affiliation. Daniel Gheba has joined multiple political parties, from USR, to AUR, to PSD, as well as being on top of the deputy list of DREPT (while still being affiliated to AUR), all in the course of just 4 years of activity.
