Dieudonné "Didi" Gaucho Debohi (born 15 January 2001) is an Ivorian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder and centre-back for Championnat National club Caen.[3]
Career
In 2021, Gaucho Debohi joined Finnish side Klubi 04 on loan, the reserve team of HJK.[4] On 31 January 2022, he signed for French club Caen on loan until the end of the season, with a mandatory purchase option.[4] He was assigned to the club's reserve team.[5] On 30 August 2022, it was confirmed that Gaucho Debohi had signed a two-year contract with Caen.[6][7] In the first half of the 2022–23 season, he was described as the "best player" on Caen's reserve team, and made his first two professional appearances in Ligue 2.[2]
On 21 December 2022, Gaucho Debohi appeared as a substitute in a 3–0 Coupe de France win over AF Virois. However, he was serving a suspension due to an accumulation of yellow cards while playing for the reserve team, resulting in AF Virois qualifying over Caen due to his appearance in the match.[8][9]
