Judo at the Commonwealth Games
Judo is one of the sports at the quadrennial Commonwealth Games competition. It was first competed as a demonstration sport at the 1986 Games before being included in the main program for the first time in 1990.[1]
Judo was an optional sport at the Commonwealth Games since it appeared in the 1990, 2002 and 2014 editions and from 2022, it is currently a core sport. Judo will be one of the 10 sports at the program during the 2026 Commonwealth Games.
