Kasnazan (Kurdish: Kesnezan / کەسنەزان)[1][2] is a town located in west Erbil Governorate in Kurdistan Region, Iraq. The town populated by Kurds and 15% of kasnazan's population are syrian refugees from Syrian Kurdistan. It is located 12km away from the center of Erbil
