Mariano Hernández Zapata (born 26 August 1982) is a Spanish politician serving as minister of ecological transition and energy in the government of the Canary Islands since 2023.[1] From 2019 to 2023, he served as president of the cabildo insular of La Palma.[2] From 2016 to 2019, he was a member of the Senate.[3]
