Niv Fliter (Hebrew: ניב פליטר; born 27 May 2001) is an Israeli footballer who plays as a right-back for Cypriot club Enosis Neon Paralimni on loan from Hapoel Be'er Sheva.

On 3 July 2023, Fliter signed with Hapoel Be'er Sheva from the Israeli Premier League for four years.[1]
