The Novus is a 27-story mixed-use tower under construction at 400 West Main Street in Downtown Durham, North Carolina.[1][2] The tower is a partnership between Austin Lawrence Partners and Global Holdings, a real estate development firm led by Eyal Ofer.[3] Expected to open in 2025,[4] the building site is the former location of the South Bank building.[5][6] The Novus topped out on January 25, 2024.[7]
