Education	primary school sixth grade in his native province.; Secondary School of Artemis, which is now known as University Foundation.;
Alma mater	laws at the University of Havana at his 4 semester the Batista-Regime closed the university, so he completed his studies after the triumph of the Revolution. Social Sciences and Administrative Law; a year of study Diplomatic and Consular; PhD in Social Sciences and Public Law.;

Ramón Pez Ferro (born April 3, 1934) is a retired Cuban ambassador.

Career

On July 26, 1953, under the command of es:Abel Santamaría he took part in the occupation of the Hospital civil Saturnino Lora.
From January 1974 to June 1978 he was the first Ambassador in Kingston (Jamaica).
From November 1981 to January 1983 he was Ambassador in Ankara (Turkey).^[1]
On May 9, 2009 he was Chairman of the International Commission of the National Assembly of People's Power and visited Turkey.
