Rui Filipe Alves Oliveira (European Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈʁuj fɨˈlipɨ ˈalvɨz ɔliˈvɐjɾɐ]; born 5 September 1996) is a Portuguese cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates XRG.[3] He competed in the scratch event at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[4] His twin brother, Ivo Oliveira, is also an international track cyclist.
In October 2020, he was named in the startlist for the 2020 Vuelta a España.[5]
Competing in his first Olympic Games in Paris 2024, he won a gold medal in the Madison event alongside Iúri Leitão.
