 Ranked No. 692, Steiner made her WTA Tour main-draw debut at the 2025 Hamburg Open as a qualifier.[3] She lost to fellow German Caroline Werner in the first round. Both Werner and Steiner were making their WTA Tour main-draw debuts in the match.[4]
