Azat-le-Ris (French pronunciation: [aza lə ʁi]; Limousin: Asac lo Riu, before 1995: Azat-le-Riz)[3] is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in western France.

The Salleron has its source in the commune.
