La Croix-sur-Gartempe (French pronunciation: [la kʁwa syʁ ɡaʁtɑ̃p], literally La Croix on Gartempe; Occitan: La Crotz) is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in western France.
